Daniel was very professional and easy to deal with. Although I bought a brand new car with 9 miles on it that had a scratch on the hood, I pointed this out upon buying the car and was told it was just Although I bought a brand new car with 9 miles on it that had a scratch on the hood, I pointed this out upon buying the car and was told it was just a smudge and would wash off, it didn’t. I had to take the car back to have it buffed out which didn’t do much because they said the scratch was under the paint, the scratch is still visible, also a sensor was bad in the door panel and I was not informed about this upon buying the car, but rather told days later, the sensor was replaced but this put me taking 2 separate trips to the dealership which is 40 minutes from my house.
