We were traveling on vacation when we started having radiator issues with my Sorento. We rented a car and then left mine at this dealership for 8 days. Although I called numerous times to check on the p radiator issues with my Sorento. We rented a car and then left mine at this dealership for 8 days. Although I called numerous times to check on the progress, there was very little communication and when we picked up the car they claimed there was nothing wrong. The only work the service department could tell me they completed was “they let it run for an hour” and didn’t find any problems. We barely made it 1 hour down the road and started having issues again. They clearly did not work on my car while it was in their possession. We were then stranded for 4 more days while we had another Kia dealership actually find and fix the issues. I would not recommend this service department, especially to someone who is traveling and requires help away from home. More
