Me being a mother of 4 i felt the option of finacing would be more beneficial considering the vehicle wouldnt or shouldn't have any maintenance problems. Giving the background information I was hoping or wishful thinking that I would be able to get a bigger vehicle. Have you seen 3 car seats in a kia rio? Its near impossible. I made my mind up considering i dont have any finacial help, but my monthly compensation I get from the Veterans Affairs only would allow me such a small vehicle. My daughters are 8, 6, 4, 2. The staff on the other were very helpful with my youngest daughter, I am so thankful for the snacks that the salesman Bronson had offered and extremely greatful for the playroom. He made the deal. I would recommend my fellow Veterans and brothers and sisters Ive served with. Having high anxiety he was able to calm me down state facts and help push this process through sucessfully without being overbearing. The only issue I felt very uncomfortable was traffic coming in and out of the office as we were doing the paperwork for the contract. Enough to make me want ti get up and leave. Another issuse is when I got to the tag office I did have my certificate for the title. So when i tried calling the dealership I got no answer. I had to drive back and it had to be printed off. More

The dealership facility is impeccably clean, I was introduced to other departments & given a full orientation of my new 2019 Optima. Most importantly, I felt at ease and not pressured at any time.
