I purchased my Soul from Riverchase Kia, but after a terrible buying experience (literally being shouted at by a finance specialist leading to his suspension) and two poor maintenance experiences, I decided to give Serra Kia a try. I went in fearing that I would need new tires, and I think most dealerships or maintenance shops would jump on this and take advantage of the customer by recommending new tires. I was pleased to hear that they thought my tires still had “half life” left and they didn’t pull the wool over my eyes by recommending new tires. Over all a super happy customer. More
