Surprisingly pleasant I happened to get off work early Friday and called to get my car’s first maintenance scheduled. They were able to get me in that afternoon! And everything to be done was explained before I was guided to a very comfortable waiting area with a huge tv, a snack area with real snacks, bottled water and keurig coffee! I actually enjoyed my wait! Checked out the restroom- immaculately clean. When my car was ready, everything was reviewed with me, and I was again surprised to find that they wipe the dash area off and clean the windshield. I felt very taken care of. I recommend Kia Trussville service center! More
