Disappointed in Serra Kia Trussville I recently bought a 2018 Chevy Malibu from Serra Kia in Trussville that had some damage on the lower body part of the car. Unfortunately, I did not se I recently bought a 2018 Chevy Malibu from Serra Kia in Trussville that had some damage on the lower body part of the car. Unfortunately, I did not see it when I test drove it because of where it is on the car. A few days later I discovered it and called my sales person to tell him about it. Needless to say the Sales Manager talked to their repairman who told her he couldn't fix the damage because of the location of it. Now I'm driving a car I just purchased with damage on it. Consumers please carefully inspect the vehicle you want before purchasing it!!! More

Purchased a 2018 WRX Salesman was nice, knew a decent amount about the car and most features. Was not given a run down on all the tech and features in the car but understandable since it’s not a KIA and it was pouring down rain. Purchased the car I wanted so that is the main praise, have had a couple of hiccups with the car since purchased and have been given the runaround. Didn’t realize until a couple of days later how immediate I would need to purchase tires and brakes for the car which is surprising considering I purchased a car with 16,000 miles on it. Purchased a maintenance package with the car but did not receive specific information on what that covers so I will have to look into it. The car had not been cleaned before I purchased it. It seems that the person traded it in and they put it on the lot. It had a funky smell that I am still trying to get rid of, floors were not vacuumed, and car was not detailed. Kinda put a bad taste in my mouth spending so much money on a car and it not even been cleaned before receiving it. I also asked Isaiah to fill up the gas tank considering it only had 1/4 of a tank on the test drive and I had just filled up my car the day before I purchased the car. While leaving the dealership I realized he had only put a half tank of gas in the car, asked him before I left if he had filled it up and he confirmed. Not great integrity if you ask me. More

I had an appointment with the kindest. female salesperson I have ever met, and I am retired, so I've met quite a few in my many years. I left there with a new car. I didn't believe that it would happen but I went anyway, I was next door for an appointment anyway.I had to cancel my scheduled transportation back home. I drove my car, that I didn't even pay a cent down payment on it. Thank God for Dealerships like Serra Kia. Give them a chance, you won't be sorry. More
