Blame the customer The 2 stars represent friendly and coffee. When I made the appointment I advised that a loaner car would be needed. No apology, no offer to figure out a solution rather I was told I should have called the day before to confirm that a loaner was available. My special needs son needed a ride to work which would have been less than a 4 mile trip. I did not feel appreciated as a customer just excuses and blame game. More

Quick Service! 2016 Sorento needed to be looked at, drove from Etowah County which has a Kia dealer but wasn't thrilled with past service help. Drove 50 minutes to T 2016 Sorento needed to be looked at, drove from Etowah County which has a Kia dealer but wasn't thrilled with past service help.
