We came in late on a Friday night with a specific goal to buy a car for my husband. TJ was our salesperson and he was very personable and nice. Johnathan and Tim were great. I can’t even complain about them. I knew that I was more than likely purchasing the car when I first saw it online. The only thing I could recommend for future possible sales are to #1 have the car at the place of business the day of the appointment. #2have the car serviced and detailed even if the sale may not happen it will be ready for the next possible sale. #3 always make sure the description of the vehicle matches the actually vehicle. These three things are why I rated them at four stars. The two guys I dealt with at Serra deserve 5 stars, both were kind, courteous and easy to deal with. I will most definitely consider returning to these guys in future auto purchases. More
