The first time I came to Kia, Kevin Malone waited on me . Wouldn’t let me leave until I was a satisfied customer. Timothy Higginbotham was the same, but better. The customer service was great! I came in and they immediately took me for my maintenance. I did not have to wait any longer than 30 minutes, and I received a discount on my maintenance costs.
