I have always been totally satisfied... But this time you blew it. The service Dept could not resolve the issue with the Extended Warranty which I purchased from YOU... and referred me to the Finance Dept. blew it. The service Dept could not resolve the issue with the Extended Warranty which I purchased from YOU... and referred me to the Finance Dept. After contacting the Warranty Company myself, I was told my Extended Warranty (which I am being charged for every month) has been cancelled and that the cancellation would have come from the Dealership. I have been trying to get someone in the Finance Dept. for 4 days now and continually get "this mailbox is full" and get hung up on (twice), "He's out to lunch, I'll take your Name and Number and he should call you back in an hour to an hour and a half." 22.5 hours laterI get a call while I am working and cannot answer the phone, 20 min. later I call back and again I get "this mailbox is full" and hung up on, when I call back it rings forever and Frankie in Service answers... after waiting for Frankie to investigate i get "He's with another customer, I'll get him to call you when he's done." That was about 3pm... heard nothing by the end of Business Day, Next day Thanksgiving. Now it's Friday and I heard NOTHING all day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Issue is still not resolved after a week. This dealership is a great place to purchase a car. I’m from Tuscaloosa and they did not have the color car that my daughter wanted in the new K5 and they were having trouble finding me one. They had already got rid of the first one they had in that color but we had been to the beach and we missed it. But after some questionable charges on their floor models and the issue with them not being able to find a car in the Wolf grey that my daughter wanted I started looking for One and found it 40 miles up the road. that’s how we ended up at this Serra dealership in Trussville and the car they had even had the red interior and was priced abt the same with the better interior. Serra did not work with us at all on the price, but it was a 2021 model and I understand it had jsut came out in this model so I understand. Had there been more of the Wolf grey colors in this exact model sitting down the road, it would have came down to the cheapest price. But the first service went well and my daughter actually took it up there and she is 16 a d had no problems so I can say I am 100% glad we bought this car from this dealership. Hopefully in the future we can work with this dealership again. There may be another car purchase in the next 2 year range. We will see. Thanks to this dealership and the salesman and the sales managers. Great job! I’m not sure which service guy my daughter talked with when she got up there but I had emailed Chris back and forth a few times getting it set up and this was easy and helped me out a ton.
