Serran Trussville Kia was so easy to work with this week! They handled everything over the phone and emails. They offered to deliver our car, but we were coming in town anyway. This was the WORST transaction I have ever encountered! I was in the dealership on November 18th. 2 months later I am still waiting on them to send my title application. And no one at Serra (Jerry, Don, or I was in the dealership on November 18th. 2 months later I am still waiting on them to send my title application. And no one at Serra (Jerry, Don, or Isaiah) will call me back about it. They constantly dodge my calls and ignore my certified letter. Do not deal with these people! More
