Shady business with terrible communication. Was sold a vehicle they knew nothing about. When they went to service it like I requested, it needed a transmission. After waiting 10.5 weeks for it, it was sti vehicle they knew nothing about. When they went to service it like I requested, it needed a transmission. After waiting 10.5 weeks for it, it was still not completed due to the “we owe you” form conveniently disappearing. Now we find the heated seats are faulty, a taillight was cracked in the time they had it and a parking sensor is missing. Was given four different loaner cars. 1st was too small for my family, 2nd was sold while I had it, 3rd had no AC and finally I got to pick because we were leaving the following day for vacation. When I did receive the car it was supposedly detailed but we found trash, old candy and some type of food splatter in it. I have requested my warranty information THREE times to be told they don’t have it. The GM blocked my number, sales associate quit answering calls/emails & was repeatedly spoke over by the sales manager. More
