The sales people and finance department need to work on there communication skills. I purchased a truck off the internet. They didnt let me review the paperwork before delivering my truck 5 hours away. So there communication skills. I purchased a truck off the internet. They didnt let me review the paperwork before delivering my truck 5 hours away. So when the drivers dropped off the truck the paperwork was all wrong. The deliver date was not confirmed until 6 pm the night before drop off. Our agreement per conversation was to give me 2 days notice so i could give my job a heads up. So need less to say that put me in a bind with my job. So hopefully they will learn from this experience. More
