Made sure I was totally satisfied with my service experience today. You just don't find service like that much these days. I really felt like they valued my business, and my business was for recall notice and lub, oil, and filter with a tire rotation. More

My wife and I were trying to find a new car and decided on the Kia Sportage we test drove a grey one but had found a blue one that was just purchased and then opted for a red one but didn’t test drive it b on the Kia Sportage we test drove a grey one but had found a blue one that was just purchased and then opted for a red one but didn’t test drive it but we were told that it was the exact same thing, in hindsight that was a mistake that was on me. We had to return to pick up the car, my daughter and I were the ones that picked up the car and were in a hurry so she could get my wife from work. I immediately noticed that there were no power seats and the ignition was not push to start, I thought that was not a big deal, so I sent my daughter off in the car to pick up her mother, while I finished up with the car dealership. Shortly after I received a call from my wife she was completely distraught, not only were the seats manual they were also smaller and not comfortable for someone the size that my wife is and she was miserable and her legs were falling asleep and we thought we were going to have to pay for a car that she hated, I had gone home by this time so she drove to the dealership and refused to accept the car. We wanted to exchange the car for the grey one that we drove, unfortunately I live in Alabama and we don’t have a cooling off period. The next day Jacob our very empathetic salesman and Mr. Abdul and Jonathon a senior salesman went to great lengths to move mountains and resolve the situation and now we are very happy to have the grey Kia Sportage with the package and interior we wanted and my wife can drive her new car in comfort and not in misery. Thanks to the good people at Serra Kia in Trussville Alabama for doing what I know and truly believe was the right thing. More
