The service department was amazingly helpful and really care about their customers. The service manager went above and beyond what was necessary. The young man that attempted to help did not understand our request. Basically telling us that it would take two weeks for him to open the hood to see if there was anything visible wrong with air condition our request. He said he was backed up in the shop and had no one available to check. I think the situation could have been handle better and more professional. My wife was looking at buying her a Kia like the one my daughter have, but she's think of changing her mine to a different make and model. Simple courtesy would have been helpful. More
