Serra Kia has done all of my service work for the more than 3 years I have owned my car and I have always been exceptionally pleased and impressed with the people and the work done. HOWEVER, this time whe than 3 years I have owned my car and I have always been exceptionally pleased and impressed with the people and the work done. HOWEVER, this time when I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks before diagnostics could even be run to find out what was wrong with my car, I came and got it and limped to another Kia dealer who diagnosed the problem, fixed it and returned the car to me in 48 hours. The next time I need service work I will call before making the trip to Trussville and If there is again an extensive wait time, I am sorry but you will have lost my business for good. More
