I do not plan on ever using this device department again. I made an appointment concerning an update that I received in the mail. I arrived for my appointment on time and one hour later was told that this di I made an appointment concerning an update that I received in the mail. I arrived for my appointment on time and one hour later was told that this did not pertain to my vehicle but another one did but they would have to order the part. So… I waited an hour to find out they could not help me. This used to be a good service department but since the pandemic all I have done is waste my time and gotten no service. I called back that afternoon to tell them to cancel the part but was put on hold for over 8 minutes and then hung up. Very poor customer service. More

Service lady was very nice and friendly. As well as Jonathan, he was the one sold me my car. He's very nice as well.
