I've had great experiences with Trussville Kia. I would and do recommend the Kia brand to friends and family. However, although I don't fault the Trussville dealership in any way I would definite I would and do recommend the Kia brand to friends and family. However, although I don't fault the Trussville dealership in any way I would definitely reconsider purchasing both my 2000 Kia K900's. I was told in February of a recall that could possibly start a fire while parked. So I've been advised not to park in my garage. Here we are in September and although I've inquired many times now as recently as August 31st I'm still unable to get this resolved. Although my wife and I love these two vehicles I'm at my first and hoping only unsatisfactory rating of the Kia brand. More

They had my car for 2 yes two months! !! And it was for recall! Now they have finally finished and I got my car back! They could have at least washed my car it was there for so long!!!if I !! They are a horrible dealer who sell BAD cars. I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic from them in may 2022 and took it back after a few days due to idling. The service center stated they could not do an I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic from them in may 2022 and took it back after a few days due to idling. The service center stated they could not do anything because it was Chevrolet so I take it to Chevrolet. It turns out the HEAD GASKET was BLOWN, it needed a TUNE UP, and a CAM SHAFT SENSOR was out !!!! The first 2-3 months I had the car it was in Chevrolets shop! FYI Serra Chevrolet is owned by the same people Serra Kia is! I had to return my car to Serra Chevrolet 3 times for them to keep find issues with the car. In my opinion this is a SCHEME they run!!!!! They sell bad cars intentionally so they can get money out of the customer and rip off the warranty company! DOUBLE DIPPING! I went several times to speak with the salesperson and the manager and he never called me back or offered a solution. Please DO NOT buy anything from this horrible car dealership! More
