EXACTLY what I wanted I live in the Montgomery area about 2.5 hours away and Serra was the 4th dealership I worked with. They were so different and for the better. I knew exactly what I wanted. They didn't try to talk me into something they had on property. They just went to work finding EXACTLY what it was, and somehow or other worked a trade with a place in Atlanta. I worked with Edin Begovic in internet sales who seemed to understand what kind of customer I was. I was good with texting and he was too. That alone is enough for me to say they're they only dealership I'll deal with in the future. I can say from experience that is NOT a standard for Toyota dealerships. There's one dealership I won't name that still wanted me to "come in to talk numbers"... pass. Another dealership I won't name couldn't even explain how "these fancy cell phones from you kids" hook up to the car's Bluetooth. If there's a change happening in how people buy cars (I think there is, but its a slow industry to change), Serra Toyota is ahead of all others. More

Easiest and Best Experience Buying a Car!!! My wife and I were looking for a new Highlander for her and heard good things about the dealership. We went there initially to look and felt no pressure while taking a test drive or just talking. We returned about a month later and started the process of getting the Highlander. The color and options we wanted wasn't available at the dealership but one was located quickly. We ordered the car on a Saturday and it was there the following Monday. We picked it up Tuesday and we have loved it ever since. I will definitely come back for my next vehicle. More

He didn't try to oversell me on things that weren't important, but was happy to entertain me on the price and extra feature differences between the used vehicle I was looking at and a new one. He knew his stuff! Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind individual. He even stayed after hours to finish up the sale with me, wash my new ride, and fill it up with gas!
