Great Service! I just bought my first vehicle from Serra Toyota of Decatur. Friendly, helpful, professional, and amazing! I went to Serra Toyota of Decatur to purchase my first car and after the service I got there I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else! I mainly dealt with V I went to Serra Toyota of Decatur to purchase my first car and after the service I got there I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else! I mainly dealt with Vic, who was phenomenal, but all of the employees I came into contact with were so nice and helpful. I never once felt pushed or pressured. I couldn't have possibly asked for a more pleasant buying experience. Vic helped me to get my dream car and I couldn't say enough good things about him or Serra Toyota! Don't waste your time anywhere else! Go to Serra Toyota because like they say you really will love the way they treat you! More

Cathy Megli has always done a great job in listening to what I want and getting me the best deal possible. She is very patient when I ask her to work deals on two cars knowing that I will only be buying one. Other dealers in the area won't put the effort into that type of service. I will keep going back to Serra Toyota as long as their customer service stays as great as it is today. More

UnTrust Worththy MIchael McCloud and Mike Miller do not stand behind the quote they give people. I even had a check made out from the bank for the quote I was given on MIchael McCloud and Mike Miller do not stand behind the quote they give people. I even had a check made out from the bank for the quote I was given on a Saturday and on Thursday it went up and they would not honor the quote. I was talk to very badly but so were they. Would never recommend them to my worst enemy. They can't be trusted!!!! More

Not happy I put a deposit down on a truck and waited a month and a half and then they tell me they cant even get the truck because it was sold. The entire time of my wait not once did they contact me but I would call asking about everything. No straight answer ever and then (I'll call you back and let you know) they said but never! would! Waste of Time!!!!!!! More

Don't waste your money having your car serviced here I purchased my vehicle here and have been having it serviced here for the last 9 years. In the past, I received personal service while having my vehi I purchased my vehicle here and have been having it serviced here for the last 9 years. In the past, I received personal service while having my vehicle worked on. Since the remodel, that personal service went out the window. They do not stand behind their work! Not to mention they over charge for every service performed. Do yourself a favor and find a good mechanic you can trust. More
