Elderly My mother-in-law purchased a vehicle from Serra 5 months ago. A 75 year old widow, suffering from dementia & using a walker. Barely able to walk & on My mother-in-law purchased a vehicle from Serra 5 months ago. A 75 year old widow, suffering from dementia & using a walker. Barely able to walk & on a fixed income, she was able to buy a 2012 Camry with a value of $15,000 for $20,000 and get it financed through Toyota. Sent email to general manager asking for assistance which was delegated to sales manager that took information and never called back. More
