By the time I met Nanie I was a nervous wreck. It didn't take him long to calm me down and make me feel comfortable and less worried about finding the right car for me and my budget. My wife wanted to try a smaller SUV after driving sporty luxury cars for a few years. I did the research on all the top models and narrowed the choices down to the Toyota RAV4 Limited AWD and the Honda CRV. Both were good vehicles but based on the quality, ride, comfort and the dealership experiences I had in prior ownerships, I purchased the RAV4. The salesman Mikey O'Dell was the kind of guy I like to deal with. Most guys in sales are push but he genuinely wanted to sell a vehicle we would be happy with. A good car buying experience Last week I went by Serra Toyota of Decatur to check out a Camry, I had been looking at Honda's and Nisan's and I met Nino Bongiovanni for the first Last week I went by Serra Toyota of Decatur to check out a Camry, I had been looking at Honda's and Nisan's and I met Nino Bongiovanni for the first time. I told Nino what I was doing and he goes on line and prints me all kinds of information on all the cars i had been looking at and tells me to look them over and he high lights some things and we talk about them. What I like about this is no one is high pressure selling me a vehicle, I told Nino I would bring my Wife back and look at and drive one of the Camry's. A couple of days later my Wife and I came and drove about 3 different Camry's we liked one and was going to buy it and discovered it had already been sold, we thought it would be a while before we could get one, but Nino said let me go and check and see if we have anything close to this one and turns out he found one that we liked even better and after buying the car Nino took me around and introduced me to all the people I would be seeing in servicing my new car and the parts department they really have a nice service department and everyone seems real to want to help you and are glad you came by to see them.
