I chose to start my seach online. I was contacted by Travis and worked with him to begin with. I was ok with the process, until all of a sudden I was passed off to someone else. Donna was great, dont ge Travis and worked with him to begin with. I was ok with the process, until all of a sudden I was passed off to someone else. Donna was great, dont get me wrong. However, I wished I had just gone there and worked with her to begin with. I dont understand the pass off. I love my Highlander, but its not Crimson...the color it says it is. Its a burgandy-purple color. I got 350 miles on my new Highlander to get a red one, and its not even red. If I had to do it again, I would have demanded to see the color before I agreed to it. I would have just gone inside instead of starting online. I would have bargained for a better deal. I feel like I paid too much, considering MSRP. All that being said, the Highlander is a great SUV and I am happy with the inside. More
We agreed to a price over the phone that was denied when we got to the sale department, they added a docking fee to the price for a car that was built in Indiana. The trade in price was half what other deal we got to the sale department, they added a docking fee to the price for a car that was built in Indiana. The trade in price was half what other dealerships offered. The manager just disregarded us, I would never buy from this dealer. More
We bought a Camry there and have taken it back for routine service/maintenance checkups 3 times. Their service department is very courteous, nice, considerate EXCEPT for, on all three visits, the CAS routine service/maintenance checkups 3 times. Their service department is very courteous, nice, considerate EXCEPT for, on all three visits, the CASHIER. After the service, when I go to pay, the cashier is in an isolated location with an attitude that is also very remote and different from the rest of the service experience. The cashier is in an enclosed glass cage, barely opens the door to take your money, never looks at you or has anything to say. Last time, I was handed the wrong paperwork after I paid. It is hard to explain but it is such a horrible experience. It feels like somebody holds their nose while the slide the glass back and take your money, and are in such a hurry to close the glass and get rid of you, they give you the wrong paperwork, or whatever it takes to get you out of their area fast.

To rate this truthfully, the service itself is fine; the cashier area is a different planet. We were looking to buy a Toyota Sequoia. Our salesman was great. It didn't take long for us to agree on a price with our salesman and his manager, or so we thought. There was a scratch on both bumpers and we great. It didn't take long for us to agree on a price with our salesman and his manager, or so we thought. There was a scratch on both bumpers and we had already made all arrangements to have them fixed the following week. We had signed lots of paperwork and while they filled the vehicle up with gas we were told to go sign the last of the paperwork. We got into the finance managers office and was told a payment price of over $100.00 more than we had agreed on and he wouldn't lower it. He acted like he didn't know anything about what was agreed on before. So for 3 hours we thought we were driving the vehicle home and then they changed the price. Maybe this is some kind of sick strategy to tell people what they want to hear and wear them out for hours, so they will be too tired to argue with the finance manager. I'm not sure what happened, but we were totally DISGUSTED with the whole experience and came home without the new vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
