On 9-1-2011 car was in for oil leak service mgr and mech sail I needed to replace power steering pump. They did, still had the same leak with a cost of $433.91. Took the car to Lexus they found the valve cover gasket leaking and replaced they the car has had no problem sence. Tom has no customer service skills are automotive repair skills.
