I went to the dealership just looking to drive a few cars and see what kind I liked, but after Eric showed me several cars, I fell in love with a 2012 Camry SE Special Edition. Eric and the financing staff worked with me to get the price to where I wanted to keep my payment and was even able to put off my first payment for 45 days since I had a vacation coming up. I would definitely recommend Serra Toyota, and especially Eric Ivie to anyone in the market of buying a used vehicle. Thanks again! More

I had no idea what kind of car I wanted, but I was assured that any selection would be more than suitable. I must say that my experience actually began with a chat session that led me to Sam Mayers and then to Kenny Key. Both Kenny and Sam were more than accommodating and kind. I had a unique request that required specific attention to detail, and Kenny was very professional in taking care of me. My mother and sister accompanied me during this ordeal. My mother said that she had never felt so comfortable and relaxed at a car dealership. The timing in closing the deal was unreal.
