I've purchased new trucks and new harley davidson's in the past. But the way treated at serra toyota was beyond good. It was great! I was treated with respect and made to feel at home. My salesman Matt DeBose made me feel welcomed and appreciated! He was great in making sure i was treat good with my trade in. And making sure that i got the new tacoma of my dreams. More

I personally think they need to work on this, bad business in my opinion. I have edited this review due to the fact that they have had about as good a price on their cars as I have found at other dealerships. More

Top Notch Customer Service My wife and I stopped in to look at a new 4 Runner, although they didn't have one in stock we looked at pictures and decided to order one. Josh Cyr worked with me to get my loan approved. There were no sales pressure to just sell me a car. Josh was very nice and friendly In less than three hours from the time I picked out the car I wanted I was on my way home in my replacement car. The finance manager was also great to work with me.
