First car I bought from this dealership did not go very First car I bought from this dealership did not go very smooth, then I was called by Nic to trade my 2018 in on a 2019 RAV4 it has been the Absolut First car I bought from this dealership did not go very smooth, then I was called by Nic to trade my 2018 in on a 2019 RAV4 it has been the Absolute worst Experience of purchasing a car I have ever had Especially with Nic Martin car salesmen first off it was agreed before I purchased the car that the cloth seats would be switched to leather ( because I have grandchildren leather is easier to clean )I chose a dark gray ($1,200 upcharge )not only did installation get shoved off for 3 weeks I was told via text by Nic ( I still have the messages)that I would get a rental during this process that they would pick my car up at my work leave me a rental and bring my car back to me , he bald faced lied and I confronted him with the screenshot! Well when my car got returned to me the leather was an almost white I did not order WHITE leather ! I do not want to pay for something I did not want then I am told they will see what they can do ... I would not suggest Nic Martin to sell junk out of a scrap yard much less new cars he’s a Liar and a Con Artist More

Times Have Changed I have bought 3 cars from this dealership since 2007. I have been trying to buy another car from them recently. The worst experience(s) ever. I don't know what has happened to this place in the last 2-3 years, but it's awful. I am the customer, not them. I have been insulted on 2 different occasions. Poor salesmen. If you can't sell a car, don't take it out on the customer. The last car I bought from them, I had an excellent salesman. I am giving them a 2 star rating, only because of the positive past experiences. I would recommend going somewhere else or even changing brands. I'm never buying another car from them or going back to have my car serviced. Updated: Thank you for replying and thank you Kevin Jones and Courtney Henderson for resolving this situation. They reached out and called me. I ended up buying a new Prius from them for my wife. Thanks again! More
