My partner ordered a new truck from them in August. He didn't get it until October. He had to pay $2000 for a rental. Then after he got the truck finally, they didn't file his paperwork before the loan He didn't get it until October. He had to pay $2000 for a rental. Then after he got the truck finally, they didn't file his paperwork before the loan expired. He has to re-apply and take a hit on his credit. And they suggested he finance with them because they'll take a point off his interest rate. No other gesture to make up for their colossal incompetence. Makes me think they tanked the loan just to get more money from him. They are the epitome of car salesmen. I wish we'd never gone there. They've taken his joy out of buying his first brand new car. Salesperson was great, the rest of the experience was awful. It took an excessive amount of time to get our new car that we that we purchased the day prior. I was very pleased with my recent service appointment for my Toyota 4Runner. The service tech was thorough and the service manager made sure every service I requested was completed.
