The paint and body shop finished the work in a very reasonable amount of time. The work was professional. The service center at Nissan, however, drug their feet for a couple of months. A lack of communication between corporate and the service center left me, the customer, holding the bag. A simple phone call or couple of emails should have resolved this matter in one day. I hold the primary responsibility to be the service center at Serra Nissan Bham. I was called back only twice throughout all of this mess. And that only happened when I complained to corporate multiple times. Ryan, the service manager, might handle other claims and situations better but this one was a flub. More
