I’ve been getting service for over 7 yrs and this was by far the worst experience. When I pulled into the garage everyone was sitting at the desk, but no one greeted me or even had the common courtesy to s far the worst experience. It was three other women waiting with me and the service person came and got one of the ladies because her car was ready. The other older woman with a cane got up to inquire about if her was ready. The service woman came in and told her it had been ready and she called and left a voicemail because nobody was waiting in the waiting area when she had come in looking for her. That was a complete lie because we both had been sitting there the entire time, besides the time she went to ask about her car. The staff was very inconsiderate of her needs and then lied just to cover they had not in fact come to let her know her car was ready. My overall experience was the worst More
