I spoke with the your daughter Amy several times offered even to get her any and all information I could to help her make the best purchase. I even offered to look over pricing sent by another dealer to be sure that she was indeed getting the best deal even if that meant us losing her business. Gave her a great price and emailed it to her. The last quote I sent to Amy was lower than the 25,800 that was originally agreed on by another manager. I haven’t heard back from them but have tried to follow up. If you guys would please let me know if I can help further.

As I replied back to the BBB, your response is not accurate. To refresh your memory, Henry King gave me a price of $25800 "out the door" with 1.9 % financing for 60 months. Two days later, Ms. Javonne Mahan emailed me a price quote of $25800 out the door. Everyone that has ever dealt with car sales knows that "out the door" means taxes, fees, title. Since I was leary of driving all the way from Atlanta to Birmingham until I had every detail in writing, I requested another email confirmation of the sale terms on Tueday, June 14th. Ms. Mahan emailed me a totally different price than what she had emailed just the day before. When I called her, she referred me to her "sales manager" ( I believe his name was Brett or Burkes, not sure). He said there had been a "misunderstanding", and that the $25800 price did NOT include sales tax. But that he would sell me that car for $25800 plus tax. I was then contacted by a "manager" named Debra who emailed me several price quotes that were supposed to be a good deal, but once again, it was not the $25800 out the door price that I had been quoted the Saturday night, and then again on MOnday, June 13th. You say in your response that the last quote you sent my daughter was lower than $25800. That is untrue. Your final quote of $24725.05 "out the door" was reached only by including a $2500 down payment, a $1250 Nissan rebate, and a $500 college graduate rebate. None of these things were part of the original quote of $25800 "out the door" that was supposedly agreed to the previous Saturday and MOnday. To accept the $1250 rebate from Nissan would have meant giving up the 1.9% financing, since that was an either/or offer from Nissan - the financing or the rebate, not both. The $500 college grad rebate would have committed me to financing at a much higher rate than what I could get otherwise. In other words, your final quote was misleading, and not in any way, "better or lower" than the quote I supposedly received just the night before from your "sales manager". Once again, it seems like your dealership tries to deceive their prospective customers. As far as you trying to reach us, I have no record of any phone calls or emails from you since our last conversation on Wednesday, June 15th, at around 3:00 p.m. Atlanta time. I checked with my daughter, and she has not received anything either. If you truly wish to follow up with me, I can be reached at 770-633-6330 or via email at bwbrown1526@bellsouth.net However, I am firm in my believe that your dealership was attempting to deceive us on the sale terms, trying to get us to drive all the way from Atlanta to Birmingham, thinking that when we arrived there, we would consent to the higher sale terms. It might also interest you to know that your dealership has quite a reputation among other car dealers in your area, and it is not a good one. When I contacted the other 3 dealers that had the car my daughter was interested in, and I relayed my story to them regarding my experience with your dealership, two out of the three dealerships I spoke with said they had helped other customers before with similar stories as mine that had come from Serra Nissan. That made me realize that this is not an isolated incident on your part , but a deliberate way of doing business that gives all car dealerships a bad name. I stand by my review.
