I came from NY to pick up the car early on a Saturday morning. Even after a snow storm the night before, the car was waiting for me, freshly washed out front as I drove-up. After a brief test drive and some paperwork, I was on my way within 40 minutes of my arrival. The Ohio title arrived in my mailbox 7 days later which might be a record (for a used car). Overall, Mark and this dealership seems very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them. More
