Overall, this dealership is an okay place to purchase a new car. Ali Yoho was friendly on both of my visits and helped explain the features of the Mazda 6. When I decided to talk numbers, my trade was appraised at a very low figure. I ended up going to 3 other dealers and Park's offer on the trade was by far the lowest. They also would not budge off the MSRP for the car. These two issues made it impossible to get a deal done, and I was forced to go elsewhere. Ali seemed ready to make a deal with me, but the others involved in approving the offers seemed to have to interest in earning my business. More

It was worth a 2-hour trip from Pittsburgh to save over $3k on a car (as compared to the same car available in Pittsburgh at the time). Purchased a new CX5 from Park Mazda and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I don't have much tolerance for sitting in the dealership for hours on end and haggling with a sales manager hi car buying experience I've ever had. I don't have much tolerance for sitting in the dealership for hours on end and haggling with a sales manager hidden in some room. I contacted Park from two hours away via email, offered the competitive prices I had received from other dealers and Park Mazda beat them all. However it was only by a slim margin. The reason I decided to go with Park in the end was the friendly and helpful attitude of Dave Somerville. He was transparent with his numbers from the beginning with me. He also has a friendly, helpful attitude. We finalized the deal over the phone and I drove up to pick up my new car. When I arrived I was treated like royalty and the car was being detailed and cleaned up. They already had my paperwork ready and I drove out of the dealership an hour later with a full tank of gas. I was also surprised to see the sales manager out on the floor with the sales people. Dave and Park Mazda have a long history of repeat customers and it is easy to see why. They are the best dealership I've ever worked with and I'll continue to look to Park Automotive for future vehicles. More
