Good service always! I have only taken my car to Park since I purchased it except for tires. Very happy and they wash the car too. Great cars and excellent sales folks We have recently purchased our second Mazda from Park Mazda and I would base much of the reason for our choice on the excellent salesperson they have We have recently purchased our second Mazda from Park Mazda and I would base much of the reason for our choice on the excellent salesperson they have in Ms. Casey Glockner. We are now a two Mazda family: a 2013 Mazda CX5 and a new 2015 Mazda3 5-door Grand Touring. The cars are terrific with the Mazda3 having that Zoom-Zoom Mazda feel. But it has been the wonderful courtesy, help and support that Casey has shown and provided that truly made a difference as to where we decided to purchase our cars. I would highly recommend that if you stop into Park Mazda that you ask to meet with her. I am sure that you will find the experience to be far better than any dealings you have had with other salespersons. More

I had ordered a part and even checked the day before my service to see that it had arrived. It had. After I arrived and stood around for a few minutes without being acknowledged, Dave came out and asked me if I were being helped. At the end of the visit and with me being very vocal and displeased, Dave worked with me and made it right. Just goes to show you that a Dealership of bad apples can have one good one! Thanks, Dave! Consistent high quality service! I have been servicing my 2 Mazdas at Park Mazda since we got them, in 2010 and 2012. The friendliness and quality of work has always been exceptional. For the last year we have been working with Jeff Critchfield on nearly all of our visits. Jeff is very customer service oriented and always keeps us up to date on the status of the work being performed. Unlike some other places we've used in the past, neither Jeff nor anyone else at Park has tried to push extra services when they are not needed. More
Finally a dealership with customer focus I needed a fuel efficient car that was nothing special, cheap as possible, but new (wanted a warranty and all that), my first interest was a Chevy Spa I needed a fuel efficient car that was nothing special, cheap as possible, but new (wanted a warranty and all that), my first interest was a Chevy Spark. I test drove one, things seemed good, then financing fell through - they could not get the payment where I needed it. Enter Mr. James Pfabe, and Park Mazda. I never considered Mazda, as while I feel they are good build quality, always assumed they would be out of my price range, especially for what I needed the car for (to and from work, with minimal cost). However - I ended up with a Mazda 2, which, after driving for a couple of weeks now - I absolutely love, and would have regretted the Spark had I bought it, then test drove the Mazda 2. James Pfabe was my sales person, and his passion for cars, as well as his no-nonsense approach about pricing settled it for me - this was not only the car, but this is where I was going to get it. I am a pretty busy guy, however James accommodated that and and literally completed almost 100% of the process over the phone and the internet. I did not see him until he arrived at my door, with my new car, and then I drove it back to the dealership to complete the process. James even offered a way for me to save even more money, by locating a brand new 2013 (As opposed to a 2014) that had been marked down - tempting, but I do not want to drive manual. But the fact that he offered it, looked into it, estimated the payment, and called me with the estimates and the MPG - it is clear he always kept my wants/needs in mind. The guy I worked with in finance was amazing as well, and very fast. I cannot recall his name however. Given the surprising affordability, and the extremely prompt and awesome service I had - I would highly recommend this dealership and James.My end result was: a car that not only works and serves its purpose, but I am actually loving this car, even though I am not a "Car guy". This sales guy was great - he could tell you really anything about a car and is very knowledgeable, but is not pushy - he basically put a great deal together and it spoke for itself. Again, highly recommended. More
