My issue was diagnosed in a timely manner and repairs made same day. One part was not available. It came in in just a few days and its replacement took only 30 minutes. Did not take responsibility For the past year I have made several mentions of our CX-7 battery dying after 3/4 days of not driving it. I was told everything was fine. They finall For the past year I have made several mentions of our CX-7 battery dying after 3/4 days of not driving it. I was told everything was fine. They finally performed diagnostics on the electric system and noticed a parasitic draw on the battery from the stock radio in the vehicle. Their response was try try and sell me on an $800+ head unit versus fixing their own workmanship. Now I have an unreliable (and potentially unsafe) vehicle due to a faulty head unit in the vehicle. Was very disappointed they did not take responsibility. More

Car returned with less than 1/4 tank of gas I recently had my Mazda 3 repaired at Park Mazda. The service associate was very nice and answered all of my questions and worked around my schedule ( I recently had my Mazda 3 repaired at Park Mazda. When I went to pick up my car between 11:45 and 12:00 at night, I noticed that my gas tank was not at the original 3/4 mark. (or even close) There was less than 1/4 tank left, when I notified the service associate I was told I could drive back out to the dealership for the gas. I requested a gas card and I have never recieved an answer or follow up. More

We discussed what I was looking for and she knew that I was "looking". I came back 3 different times with different friends for reinforcement (I was about to pay as much for this car as I paid for my first home). She understood my circumstances (which she can explain) and never pressured me, gave me space, answered all of our questions (some of them repeatedly) and took the offer my financial advisor and car geek said I could pay without snickering to the man who hides in the secret office. We struck a deal and I was the happy owner of a 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Sedan in November of 2014. That was the purchase. Now this car had more bells and whistles than any previous vehicle and of course the first to go off was the tire pressure alert the first time the temperature took a dive. Fortunately I was very close to Park Mazda when it happened so I pulled right into the dealership and frantically dashed into the showroom looking for Fran who was not there. I simply announced to everyone that I needed "Help" and everyone looked up and smiled as if they were all willing to do whatever was necessary to calm this frantic lunatic. Of course, it was a simple procedure to them, but I had owned the car less than a week and already it was unhappy! The service department had me back out on the road in very short order and life was good. I have stopped on 2 other occasions for service related matters (a second tire pressure reset -- those sensors are sensitive and for installing of splash guards). Fran keeps in touch. I LOVE Park Mazda and the staff and have already recommended them. I can't say enough good things! More
