I was able to ask him questions about concerns I had and he was knowledgeable about my specific car unlike what I have experienced in the past with other dealerships that had attitude. I even checked out the showroom and tested a couple cars. Sales were very low pressure. I highly recommend in every way both service and sales. More

He is the man. I went into this dealership just casually looking around for a Ford Mustang. John showed me the 2017 vehicles, told me about the differences between t I went into this dealership just casually looking around for a Ford Mustang. John showed me the 2017 vehicles, told me about the differences between the 2017 and the upcoming 2018 vehicles ( basically he educated me from scratch ) . He was extremely patient through the process of me choosing the vehicle that I wanted (which took many weeks) while inquiring what specifics I was interested in. He made the effort of basically constructing a vehicle based on my needs and at no point did he try to sell a vehicle just because it was in their inventory/ nor did he attempt to pressure me into choosing crazy options ( in fact at multiple points he told me that I was choosing options that I did not require). He was extremely honest throughout the process. He even arranged for promotional discounts for me (when I was too lazy to make an effort to look into it myself) . I am memorizing the name John Sawson, as he is the only person I can trust to help me get my Raptor in the near future ;) More
