Bailey Czuchaj made this experience wonderful! I unexpectedly had to purchase a new car. Bailey provided options, had the cars ready to test drive, explained the differences of the cars. I JUST stopped in to see the new Bronco Sport color- Azure Blue as my daughter just started the quest of looking for vehicles. Our sales person Rachel, pointed me to where to find it. She asked all the Azure Blue as my daughter just started the quest of looking for vehicles. Our sales person Rachel, pointed me to where to find it. She asked all the “sales” questions how she could help…. I replied just looking. She stayed persistent, but not overbearing. Rachel said she wanted to earn our business and she sure did - even after telling her not to “spin her wheels” as we already found the the vehicle at the price point my daughter was happy with. Definitely recommend Rachel for sales! Have gone to this dealership for 20 years for service and parts. Top notch there too! More
