My experience in each case was great due to salesman Dan Saunders. Dan is an over all professional that knows his business and always has time to answer questions and explain any thing that you are not familiar with. The reason he is so successful at what he does is because he cares about his customer and he knows the Ford products he sells. I found that very evident when I purchased a 2004 Econoline Cargo Van and Dan was the only salesman that knew about cargo vans inside and out. I talked to a lot of sales persons at different dealerships that could only pull out a brochure and attempt to answer my questions. Tonya made the entire leasing process very enjoyable. She is a joy to work with and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the cars she leases and sells. Tonya will work for hours searching for the right car with the options that meet your needs. She is well organized, communicates via letters, telephone, email, in person and "YES" even by texting- all with great skill. She will always keep you up to date if any additional or rebates occur during your negotiation period, and will provide her clients with helpful suggestions. After meeting Jim Bommarito two years ago when I leased my Fusion, and having such a positive experience, I knew I'd return this time. Just entering the dealership you are approached and treated with respect and friendliness by all employees. Jim helped me lease the new 2014 Escape and returned phone calls in a timely manner. He is always available to answer your questions. It is nice to work with a salesman as caring and interested in his customer's satisfaction as Jim Bommarito. More

After dealing with him you want to come back and see him again. And that is what I do every two years to get another Ford product. In between my leases he has the patience and takes the time to answer any ridiculous question I come up with. More
Superior Service Three years ago I wandered into Huntington Ford and was mildly interested in buying a Fusion. I met with Jim Bommarito who patiently answered my questions down to the most frustrating detail. He was patient. Every six to eight months, I called, came in, checked the price and kicked the tires. I shopped around. I went to the Detroit Auto Show. I test drove a number of cars. I kept coming back to Jim and the Ford Fusion. Yesterday I finally bought the car of my dreams and drove it home. Jim even found an extra rebate and announced "happy birthday" knocking $500 off the price of the car. I couldn't be more happy. When I buy my next new car in 17 years, I will be sure and come back to Huntington Ford to see if Jim is still there. More
Poor Service Department Brought in a 2013 Ford Escape for service due to squeaking front brakes June 24th 2014. The service department said they checked the brakes well and couldn't find anything wrong. I accepted this thinking they would wear and the noise would subside. The noise became louder every time the brakes were applied. Returned to Huntington Ford on Julu 8th 2014 and left car for the day. Told service person that after driving the car for 15 minutes the brakes squeaked very loudly (100%) of the time. They said they would take it on a good test drive. That afternoon the service department called and said again, they couldn't find anything wrong with the brakes or rotors. I was told they had driven the car for a while and did not hear the noise. I thought to check the odometer when I dropped off the car, then checked when I picked it up. 2 miles were driven. I was quite upset. My husband called and spoke to Dave Watt (Service Manager) who said they drove the car for 15 minutes. Dave blantly lied about how long / far the car was driven. Next we contacted Brad Schiller (General Manager) and explained the situation. Brad was nice but did not even offer an appology for Dave lying or to say he will confront Dave and tell him customers can not be lied to. July 10th 2014 6:30PM took car back to dealer after driving 20 minutes from work. Brakes were squeaking very loudly. Serviceman drove the car and acknowledged the sound. Car was left overnight for service work. Brad nor the serviceman never appoligized for my inconvience or their lack of driving the car further the first two times. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service department is NOT representing Ford Motor Company the way they should be. More
