On Saturday, February 12th, I spoke with Charles Cleavinger II on the phone for first time and he quoted me a rough price over the phone. He was very polite and listened to what I wanted. He seeme Cleavinger II on the phone for first time and he quoted me a rough price over the phone. He was very polite and listened to what I wanted. He seemed interested in getting my business and we met the same day. I was extremely pleased that he was able to see me right away. He even called me back to confirm that I was still coming in. I gave him my business and was very pleased with the pricing and he got my vehicle for me really really fast. In fact, I picked it up on Valentine's day (Feb. 14th). I would strongly recommend Charles and this dealership. I knew what I wanted and I had a budget/plan. Charles was very respectful of that and always made me (and my family) feel important. Also, the handy-man who was there that night was extremely friendly to us. I don't remember his name, but we enjoyed his kind words. Charles showed me everything about my new 2011 FORD EDGE that night and still invites me to come back so he can show me more about the touch computer. He was personable, warm, courteous, and didn't waste my time. More
I leased a car from Bill Brown and because of over miles I was forced to either trade it in early or to buy it out. I have had some problems with my credit in the past due to a job loss so I knew it was not I was forced to either trade it in early or to buy it out. I have had some problems with my credit in the past due to a job loss so I knew it was not going to be easy. I first went to the chevy dealership and the best they could do trading in my lease on a car I didnt want was 13.99%. Thats when I wnet to Tom Holzer and I met Jeremiah. Jeremiah told me it would be no big deal and that his "finance guy" was awesome. He set me up with his "finance guy" Curtis. Curtis treated my like I was better than his family and needless to say way better than I was treated at the chevy dealer down the street. I was so happy and so lucky to have found these 2 guys! I bought out my lease with no pressure and a 7.99% rate and a extended warranty. Tom Holzer needs more people like Jeremiah and Curtis. A++ More
Curtis one of the Finance Managers is one of they worst people I have ever meet. He doesn't shut up and is willing to make up anything to sell the After-market. I did buy Polysteel which I have heard gre people I have ever meet. He doesn't shut up and is willing to make up anything to sell the After-market. I did buy Polysteel which I have heard great things about and I'm really glad I did. Beware of Curtis he's the worst. Don't go there unless you have a-plan. I did has a pleasant time working with Justin a young Internet sales Manager. Extremely helpful and was willing to work with me. BEWARE OF CURTIS!! More
One of the worst experiences I've ever had buying a car. The sales person was ok but the finance person was condescending, pompous and rude. He spent about 40 minutes going over the warranty that I needed to have (almost felt like force feeding to me!) after telling him we weren't interesting numerous times. They also misplaced the second key to the car I was buying and expected me to buy a new one. When they graciously (rolls eyes) made me a new key they kindly reminded me how much the key costs, while I kindly reminded them that it wasn't my problem that they misplaced it. My husband and I were there over 5 hours which felt agonizingly long and made worse by the constant reminders that the warranties were essential while buying a car with less than 50,000 miles on it. I will never buy from this place again. The so - called "deal" we got from them was far outweighed by the crappy customer service. Take advice from me, don't even bother looking...it's not worth your dignity or your time. More
They just don't care about my problem, and don't listen to me. I've had one of the worst dealer service experiences I've ever had. This dealer service department in my opinion is stuck in 60's when dealer to me. I've had one of the worst dealer service experiences I've ever had. This dealer service department in my opinion is stuck in 60's when dealer had so much busines they could just ignore their clients. I have a driveablity problem with my car. They refused to listen to what I was saying, got the car back with the same problem, but $500.00 poorer. They replaced a part but it didn't fix the problem. They haven't called me back. I complained and they have ignored me so far 6-25-09. In my opinion this is terrible service, they're stuck in the 60's. More
This is one of the worst Ford dealerships in the Oakland county area. I went and bought 6 cars - yes 6 cars thru them in a period of 5 years. Only returned to them because the salesman was awesome. The p county area. I went and bought 6 cars - yes 6 cars thru them in a period of 5 years. Only returned to them because the salesman was awesome. The problem is even with a great salesman, their service was horrible. I never knew the status of my vehicle. I was left stranded without at vehicle at 5pm many a service appointments. Their used care sales manager is a crook - to put it nicely. We took our last truck to them, even said that a chevy dealer would give us a better price for the trade in, and he still wouldnt budge. I later bought my car from another Dealership because my salesman moved up at tom holzer. I am a ford family, but this dealer is horrid.. More
Beware of this dealership. Their trade-in estimators are crooked as they come and you CANNOT get a good deal here. Pitty the poor soul that enters this dealership without A-Plan. For those of you with A-P crooked as they come and you CANNOT get a good deal here. Pitty the poor soul that enters this dealership without A-Plan. For those of you with A-Plan, DO NOT ATTEMPT to trade your current vehicle here. They will low ball you until they make up the controlled net profit of a regular sale. Both vehicles that I previously purchased/leased have had many, many problems. Holzer's service department is pretty good, and the service advisors are knowledgable and friendly. However, the sales department is absolutely horrible. I personally two saleswomen talking at their desks about "how xxxxx hot" a certain female celebrity is! Very professional gals. Keep up the good work, and hopefully you will someday be out of business. More
