In addition, the car was immaculately clean!! They obviously really care about making a good impression and pleasing the customer. The finance person also did an outstanding job and the front desk receptionists were very polite and accommodating. TOP NOTCH ALL AROUND!!!! More

In the weeks prior w Just picked up my new 2017 For Fiesta SE today that will be used as our TOAD (a vehicle that is towed) behind our new motorhome. In the weeks prior we have been to more dealerships than I care to remember. None of them compared to our experience at Holzer Ford. They were Honest, Fair, & gracious. We made an offer online before we drove there. They accepted it (for the most part) so we drove the 32 miles to go see it. The dealership is beautiful ... everything is First Class all the way. They even have a Free Coffee Bar with warm fresh baked cookies to enjoy. Our Sales person was Brian Burke & we couldn’t be more pleased with him & his manager Colin. Very easy & fun to work with. Loved our experience here. I have to say, “It’s worth the drive to Tom Holzer Ford”...& be sure to ask for Brian Burke.😍 My only complaint....& I’m not really complaining....just saying.....the boys doing the detailing before pickup need additional training in how to wash a car😲 More

By now she knew my family, driving habits, and exactly what I needed. She put me in a brand new loaded Explorer and I was thrilled!! I just got my new lease last fall and again I’m so happy! The transactions are so easy and stress free and Christine knows before my appointments what I’m going to want to see and she knows I get excited about getting into totally new and different models. Tom Holzer has been a great dealership for maintenance and everything I need but Christine is why I will only buy/lease from Tom Holzer! More

I've bought many cars from many dealers, but this entire event ranks in the top 2-3 in over 30 years of experience. Specifically, Brian Holiday is a consummate professional. I was very open with Brian in that I was working with someone else at another dealership, but I wanted to walk the lot to look at options I was considering for a custom order I had planned since Tom Holzer was much closer to my home. He chased down a similiar vehicle to that I was considering for a no-strings attached test drive. I didn't give him any inclination to believe I was interested in switching dealers. About 12 hours later, Brian sent me, on his own initiative, a mail with a sample configuration with recommendations based on some of the preferences we discussed (while the porter was finding the test drive vehicle). FYI only - no committment or hard-sell. That sincerity won me over. I've found Brian to be not only knowledgeable, but honest, proactive, responsive and zero-pressure. He acts more as a consultant (and as a consultant, I would know!) than a salesperson. A true professional and class act. I'd highly recommend not only Brian, but Tom Holzer Ford in a heartbeat. More
