Wonderful experience! I have been buying my cars from Brian Holiday for several years and it has always been a great experience. Brian is professional, knows his stuff and I have been buying my cars from Brian Holiday for several years and it has always been a great experience. Brian is professional, knows his stuff and makes the whole experience pleasant and easy. Just recently we leased a new Edge from Brian and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour! That has to be a record! Back in March, we also purchased a Flex from Brian and he delivered the car to our house personally, dropped the car off since I couldn't get to the dealership to pick it up and then he WALKED home! Granted, Brian lives in my neighborhood but, I mean, come on, that's dedication! Brian takes the time to explain everything and goes through the car with you so you know it inside and out before you leave the lot. All in all, he's got my business for life! More

I knew right away that he was a family man, and proud of it because of the pictures and memorabilia on his desk, but I was not expecting to be treated like family there! My grandmother worked for Ford for 30+ years, and my family has been leasing cars from Tom Holzer for 20+ yrs. but with another Ford employee. For the longest time I was unhappy with the service and the cars I had leased. I decided to do a little digging this time around, and I used a family friend's salesman. To say I was pleased with the service that Brian Holiday provided me would be an understatement. He truly went above and beyond for me and he was an absolute delight to work with. He worked quickly and diligently to find me the car I wanted. I had been speaking with Pat Milliken Ford, who called & texted me incessantly about the vehicle I wanted, yet took longer to find it than Brian did. My family member who co-signed on my vehicle went in to speak with Brian about it and while they were talking he was approached by the sales person he had worked with in the past to get all our previous vehicles. I believe he was asked by the sales person in what was obviously a disapproving and spiteful manner, "what he was doing switching sales associates after having leased cars from the same one for so many years", to which my father found very rude and distasteful. My father expressed his concern with Brian Holiday, and when I came back to the dealership to sign on my new vehicle, Brian did speak with me about the incident. He kindly and sincerely apologized to both of us and let us know that he did speak with upper management. He expressed his concern about the situation and I could tell he was being sincere. He told them that my father was very unhappy with the way that situation arose and again, apologized. I was very pleased with the calm and collected manner in which Brian handles business, and I will be leasing all my Ford vehicles from him in the future. Thank you Brian!!!! More

Besides knowing what he is talking about, his demeanor is such that you find the whole process of purchasing a new or used vehicle to be pleasant and enjoyable. Not something you can normally say when buying a car these days. From a dealer perspective, Tom Holzer's staff are all highly professional and very capable. Their service support is top notch and they will drop you off at your destination if you have to leave your car for service.
