At no point did he make me feel pressured to jump into a decision I wasn't ready for. He made sure to explain everything to me as a first time buyer, and he answered all of my questions. He worked very hard to correct issues caused by false information I had received from a different dealership, and he genuinely cared about getting me into the RIGHT vehicle for me.
