This was the second dealership I went into with the idea of just looking at my options. The first dealership just down the road was lacking in anything remotely close to customer service. We went up the road and into the Brian Holtzer lot. The consensus was that the Escape might suit my basic needs (not too big and easy for my daughter to slide my wheelchair into). My cousin went inside the dealership and came out with Brian Holiday. He was friendly, personable, answered our questions, provided answers to questions we hadn’t thought of, and offered test drives.
