I called Jim on a Saturday after hours and left a message asking for help on a bad situation I encountered with my 5+ for helping me out on 6/13/22. I called Jim on a Saturday after hours and left a message asking for help on a bad situation I encountered with my 5+ year old 2017 Escape. I had bought the Escape new from Jim. He called me early Monday morning (about 9am) and I explained to him my problem. After we hung up, he talked to Dean in Service. Jim then called me back and told me to come in and they would take care of my problem. Scott coordinated the repair I needed. By 10:30 am, I was on my way home very satisfied. 6 Stars for helping me. I brought a car in for service and after the pinpoint diagnostic test I was told that I needed a new battery. At first the service tech, said the cost would be $549. This is for diagnostic testing battery and installation. I was able to get the price reduced. I picked up the car and I still had the same problem, it would not start. The service tech refused to talk to me. I did talk to the service manager. But I must ask the question did I spend $350 for a part that I did not need? Because the problem is worse.
