At first I was very happy with the salesperson and car. After telling a friend that I wished there was a type of insurance for scratches for a leased vehicle, he told me to get a Damage Waiver. When we called the salesperson, he said we had to purchase that at the time we got the car in March. Too late now. How could we get it if he never told us about it? This seems wrong and very unfair. Had a poor/bad experience shopping for a used car. Salesman could not find the car we were shopping for anywhere on their premises. It was advertised on the Carfax website for well over 2 weeks and w Salesman could not find the car we were shopping for anywhere on their premises. It was advertised on the Carfax website for well over 2 weeks and we were told that it was still available on the lot. The Salesman also stated that they didn't even possess the title for it either. Who advertises a used vehicle without possessing the title? How do you misplace a car? You can also check out my Google review as well. More
