Serra Ford in Farmington Hills surpassed what I was expecting from a dealership. Previous experience at a dealer in Ohio wasn't great but this purchase really went smooth. Robert was great and made the day fly by while working on this or that and he shared some of the lunch the crew had with me while I was there going through the process. A lot of dealerships don't seem to care about used car sales but people would be hard pressed to say that about the Serra Ford FH crew; I was treated like family even though I was buying a different make and model than a Ford. I will recommend the team and the dealership to people searching for a vehicle! More

The showroom is spacious and easy to navigate through and everyone I encountered was very friendly. Amer Samhat from your sales department was outstanding.... he gave me his undivided attention from the initial lot search of potential vehicles , through the test drive process, going into the various price point terms & options selections...right through the delivery process and he was able to but me into a new Bronco Outer Banks n 3 hours. I also had a great experience with Finance Manager Logan Romain who explained all the finance options & opportunities without pressure in a friendly manner.
