Made a long distance purchase of a vehicle- unseen. Derrick Kyser and Charles Tabet were AMAZING to work with. We were very happy and will continue to do business with our salesmen, Joe Sauve. However, the Sales Manager was completely unprofessional. We initially had a disagreement on the trade in value for our Ta our salesmen, Joe Sauve. However, the Sales Manager was completely unprofessional. We initially had a disagreement on the trade in value for our Tahoe. We wanted a certain price and stated if we didn’t get it that we would walk away. He proceeded to tell us to calm down. Then when we agreed upon a price, he slammed his hand on the desk and walked away. He needs to keep his composure with paying customers. More
