We were very happy and will continue to do business with our salesmen, Joe Sauve. However, the Sales Manager was completely unprofessional. We initially had a disagreement on the trade in value for our Ta our salesmen, Joe Sauve. However, the Sales Manager was completely unprofessional. We initially had a disagreement on the trade in value for our Tahoe. We wanted a certain price and stated if we didn’t get it that we would walk away. He proceeded to tell us to calm down. Then when we agreed upon a price, he slammed his hand on the desk and walked away. He needs to keep his composure with paying customers. More

I called the dealership service department to determine whether they had the part to handle a recall on my 2023 Explorer. I was told that the parts were available, and scheduled an appointment for December whether they had the part to handle a recall on my 2023 Explorer. I was told that the parts were available, and scheduled an appointment for December 29 to have the recall completed. I dropped the car off on December 28, and on December 29 the dealership called to say that they did not have the part and it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get that part. It seems to me that the fact that the parts were not available when I was scheduled to take my car in, could have been communicated to me so that I didn’t waste my time taking the car in for the recall.
