George was very flexible with my schedule and was able to help me right away. Worked through the sale process quickly with me as I was time constrained. The dealership did not haggle on the price with me and was able to get me into a Jeep GC with a great lease payment that fit my budget. The owner, Don Milosch Jr. even came to say Hello to me and thanked me for my business. Sitting there, finalizing my sale process, I was able to see how other shoppers were treated on a very busy Monday (month end) in July and must say that I was highly impressed as to how the shoppers were treated with respect and kindness. He told me that it was time for a tire r The guy that checks you in at the oil change lane is not a good representative for the face of a dealership. He told me that it was time for a tire rotation and when I said I don't need a rotation as I just had 4 new tires put on (at this dealership no less) he paused in disgust for about 5 seconds like he was put out that I was not getting a tire rotation! He has always had an Smart A-- attitude when I have been in there before, but I have overlooked it. Will not go back to this dealer ever as they all have a SMUG attitude in there and I won't put up with it anymore. I will travel north to Jim Riehl or to Rochester. More
