From day 1 the phone app to remote start, lock and unlock do Uconnect feature does not work on 2021 Grand Cherokee I purchased a 2021 Grand Cherokee. From day 1 the phone app to remote start, lock and unlock doors did not work. This is a key feature in buying a car in Michigan. I would not have purchased it if I knew it did not work. Spent a week troubleshooting with Sirius Guardian until they told me it had to go back to the dealer. Dealer could not fix the problem. Actual quotes from dealer employees: Murph, sales manager "It's a third party system and not our problem" Again, Murph "At least it's not the transmission" Don MIlosch, Jr, General Manager "It will fix itself in time" A brand new car worth over 50k and a key feature for me doesn't work from day 1. No consideration from dealer to compensate me for time, effort and loss of a key feature. Don Milosh's advice - "call FCA, they have the deep pockets". You can't make this up. They couldn't care less. I have spent hours trying to get this corrected. They have provided absolutely no assistance. After weeks of follow up with FCA executive referral team and US customer care, I was told that this is a known problem on this vehicle and there is currently no fix. At first they told me the fix would be coming end of February the earliest. Now I'm told March the earliest (they do not indicate what year). Yet this dealer, and many others, will continue to sell these cars with this known issue to unsuspecting consumers like me to only find out later that you are not getting what you are paying for. I don't know how they can get away with this. Bottom line-If this feature means anything to you when buying a car, please reconsider. More

I had an excellent experience at Milosch's Palace working with Wade Roberts. I had e-mailed Wade about what I was looking for in my next vehicle. He suggested I take a look at the Ram Built to Serve editio with Wade Roberts. I had e-mailed Wade about what I was looking for in my next vehicle. He suggested I take a look at the Ram Built to Serve edition as it had basically everything I was seeking. He kept me updated through e-mail and phone conversations. He was able to get me into a new lease that met my needs. It was a very simple process and I'm appreciative of Wade's efforts. It was worth driving about 55 miles one way from my home out to Lake Orion to get this truck. I highly suggest contacting Wade for your next vehicle purchase/lease.
