We purchased a used Chevy from Serra and it was the worst mistake we have ever made. First not even 24hrs after getting the car the check engine light came on. We called the dealer to see if they would look at it and see what was going on yet they got mad and said NO " you couldn’t pay me to look at it". Yes it was AS IS but we asked you to just look, not pay for, fix or any of that. We even told them we would pay... sounds like they knew something was wrong and they sold JUNK! Then the salesman Matt said he would put me down for a " referral" where I would get a 100.00 gift card to cover a cosmetic blemish on the rear hatch since he didn’t want to ask for additional money from his boss. Weeks went by called, text, email and at first was told "oh its on its way", then started getting ignored. I have yet to see the gift card.... Please save yourself and DO NOT go here. Nothing but lies and JUNK. More

I bought a new truck here. I told them I would pay the invoice price for it, but no more than that. I had looked on the Internet and knew pretty well what that would be. They did a search for the type truck I wanted, and came back with about a dozen. We looked thru the sheets on them, and they called the dealer that had the one that I wanted. It was late afternoon by then, but they had it there the next morning.<br>I was very satisfied with the price, and did not have to spend even one minute arguing about price with a salesman. More
